A high school yearbook is for remembering-a snapshot of a time gone by. And most people’s yearbooks stay boxed up- eventually only to get trashed after they have been hauled from move to move over the years.
I’m thankful one Scott Williams never got around to throwing his away after 40 years. He went to Homestead High School in Cupertino, California. The year was 1972 and Scott was a sophmore.
This school’s 1972 yearbook is significant to me, and the reason I bought it to add to my collection, is Steve Jobs graduated from there, and in that year. And while this particular edition wasn’t Steve’s, it still serves to help remember.
